Operaly is a Peru-based software provider that builds proprietary SaaS products and custom solutions for companies across Latin America. This policy applies to our website (https://operaly.lat) and to all products offered under the Operaly brand.
2. What information we collect
We only collect information necessary to operate our services: contact information you voluntarily send us (name, email, phone, company); basic technical data generated when visiting the site (no tracking cookies, no third-party analytics); operational data inside products like Operaly Park, regulated by each specific client contract.
3. What we use it for
Replying to commercial or technical inquiries, delivering and maintaining contracted services, complying with applicable legal or tax obligations, and improving the quality of our products. We do not use your information for advertising profiling, nor do we sell it to third parties.
4. Who we share it with
We only share information with providers strictly required to operate (hosting, payment gateway, transactional email), under agreements that require confidentiality and limited use. We do not share with advertisers, social networks or data brokers.
5. How long we keep it
We keep information as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and as required by applicable legal obligations. Non-contractual commercial data is deleted after 24 months of inactivity.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, delete and oppose the processing of your personal information. To exercise these rights, write to admin@operaly.lat — we respond within a maximum of 15 business days.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: encryption in transit (TLS), role-based access control, periodic backups and monitoring of critical services.
8. Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we publish the new version at this same URL with the update date. Material changes are notified by email to active clients.
